1. About KARMYNT
These Terms & Conditions govern access to the KARMYNT website, communications with KARMYNT and the booking and provision of KARMYNT vehicle-interior hygiene services.
“KARMYNT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [KARMYNT AUTOMOTIVE CARE SERVICES L.L.C], trading as KARMYNT, holding UAE trade licence number [1586666], with registered address a Dubai, UAE.
“You”, “your” and “customer” refer to the person accessing our website, making a booking, authorising a service or providing a vehicle or related item for treatment.
By confirming a booking, making payment, giving us access to a vehicle or allowing a service to begin, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of our service
KARMYNT provides a specialised vehicle-interior hygiene service intended to improve the cleanliness, hygiene and overall condition of vehicle cabins and selected travel-related items.
Depending on the package booked, the service may include cleaning and hygiene treatment of:
- Seats, carpets and removable mats
- Dashboard, trim and hard interior panels
- Seat belts and commonly touched areas
- Interior glass
- Baby seats, booster seats and strollers
- Approved pet beds, pet mats or pet travel accessories
- Other areas expressly listed in the selected package
The exact inclusions, estimated duration and price are those displayed or communicated at the time of booking.
KARMYNT is not a mechanical workshop, vehicle-restoration business, pest-control provider, mould-remediation contractor, medical sanitation service or exterior detailing provider unless a service is expressly stated otherwise.
3. Hygiene service limitations
Our service is designed to reduce dirt, residues and microbial load under normal service conditions. It does not create or guarantee a sterile, permanently sanitised or pathogen-free environment.
Vehicle cabins are open environments that are re-exposed to occupants, air, clothing, food, pets and external contaminants immediately after use resumes. Hygiene conditions therefore change after the service.
We do not represent that our service:
- Sterilises the cabin
- Eliminates every bacterium, virus, fungus, allergen or microorganism
- Prevents illness, infection or allergic reactions
- Replaces medical, public-health or professional remediation advice
- Produces identical microbiological results in every vehicle
- Maintains a particular hygiene level for a guaranteed period
References to “hygiene restoration”, “hygiene reset”, “baby-safe”, “pet-safe”, “lab-tested” or similar expressions must be understood within the context of the service process, the products used as directed and the limitations stated in these Terms.
4. Laboratory-test statements
Any laboratory result displayed on our website relates only to the specific sample, surfaces, vehicle, process and conditions described in the relevant test report.
The reported reduction in colony-forming units does not establish that every vehicle, surface or future service will achieve the same result. Actual results may vary according to:
- The vehicle’s prior condition
- The type and extent of contamination
- Surface materials
- Previous chemical treatments
- Age, wear or deterioration
- Environmental conditions
- Sampling method and location
- Customer use following the service
Where KARMYNT refers to a reduction of at least 99.84%, that statement relates to the tested conditions and should not be interpreted as a universal guarantee of sanitisation or pathogen elimination.
5. Appearance and stain removal
KARMYNT prioritises cabin hygiene while working toward a clean, well-finished appearance. However, we do not guarantee that the vehicle will look new or that every visible mark will be removed.
Some stains, discolouration, odours and residues may be permanent or may arise from damage beneath the visible surface.
Results may be limited by:
- Permanent dye transfer
- Sun damage or fading
- Worn coatings
- Cracked or peeling leather
- Delamination
- Heat damage
- Chemical staining
- Ink, paint, adhesive or oil contamination
- Deeply absorbed milk, food, bodily-fluid or pet residues
- Existing mould or water damage
- Prior low-quality repairs or treatments
We may stop treatment where continuing could damage the material.
6. Material condition and pre-existing damage
Vehicle interiors naturally contain components with different ages, materials, finishes and levels of wear. Cleaning may reveal damage that was previously concealed by dirt, coatings, dressings or residue.
Before commencing the service, we may inspect and photograph the vehicle to document its condition. This may include visible:
- Scratches
- Tears
- Cracks
- Loose trim
- Broken clips
- Peeling finishes
- Stains
- Discolouration
- Electrical faults
- Damaged controls
- Aftermarket installations
- Existing moisture or odours
KARMYNT is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, latent defects or failures caused by age, deterioration, defective installation, previous repairs or earlier chemical treatment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for direct damage proven to have been caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
7. Sensitive materials and aftermarket modifications
The customer must disclose any known concerns involving:
- Repaired or recoloured leather
- Rewrapped trim
- Reupholstered seats
- Non-original fabrics
- Loose stitching
- Aftermarket electronics
- Modified wiring
- Ambient lighting
- Sensors
- Audio systems
- Protective coatings
- Ceramic or fabric treatments
- Previously damaged areas
KARMYNT may decline to treat any material or component where the risk cannot reasonably be assessed.
Failure to disclose a known defect or modification may affect our ability to investigate a later claim.
8. Child seats, boosters and strollers
Cleaning a baby seat, booster seat or stroller does not constitute a structural inspection, safety certification or confirmation that the item remains suitable for use.
KARMYNT does not verify:
- Accident history
- Product recalls
- Expiry dates
- Harness integrity
- Structural strength
- Correct assembly
- Correct vehicle installation
- Compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions
Removal of a child seat will only be undertaken with customer authorisation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer remains responsible for reinstalling and securing the seat in accordance with the vehicle and child-seat manufacturers’ instructions.
The customer must check straps, buckles, anchor points and installation before allowing a child to use the item.
9. Pet-related items
Pet-safe products are selected for use in pet-travel areas when applied according to their intended directions. This does not mean that a product is incapable of causing sensitivity in every animal or under every circumstance.
Customers must disclose known pet allergies, respiratory sensitivities or relevant veterinary concerns before the service.
Animals must remain away from the work area and must not use treated items until the items are sufficiently dry and ready for use.
10. Product sensitivities
Although our products are selected with passenger and material care in mind, no cleaning product can be guaranteed to be free from every possible sensitivity or allergic response.
The customer must inform us before service if an occupant or animal has:
- A known chemical sensitivity
- Severe allergies
- Asthma or respiratory concerns
- A skin condition
- A veterinary or medical restriction
- Sensitivity to fragrance or enzymes
Where necessary, the customer should seek appropriate medical or veterinary advice before approving treatment.
11. Optional cabin-air treatment
Any optional air-conditioning or cabin-air hygiene refresh will only be performed with customer approval.
The customer must follow the advised waiting, ventilation and re-entry period before occupants or animals enter the vehicle.
This treatment is not a mechanical air-conditioning repair, duct replacement, refrigerant service or guarantee that all odours or contaminants within the ventilation system will be eliminated.
12. Moisture and drying
Some cleaned surfaces may retain slight moisture after service, particularly carpets, fabric seats, mats, baby seats or heavily treated areas.
Drying time varies with material, weather, ventilation, humidity and initial condition.
The customer agrees to:
- Follow any drying and ventilation advice
- Avoid covering or sealing damp items
- Keep windows or doors ventilated where advised
- Avoid immediate use where a surface remains noticeably damp
- Inform us promptly if unexpected moisture remains
KARMYNT is not responsible for issues caused by ignoring reasonable drying or ventilation instructions.
13. Customer authority
The person authorising the service confirms that they:
- Own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission
- Have authority to approve the service
- Have disclosed relevant defects and sensitivities
- Have removed prohibited, dangerous or valuable items
- Can provide lawful access to the vehicle and service location
We may request proof of authority where circumstances reasonably require it.
14. Personal belongings
Customers must remove cash, jewellery, documents, electronics, medication, keys, weapons, hazardous materials and other valuable or sensitive items before the service.
Where ordinary belongings remain inside, we may place them in a customer tray or another visible location. We will not open sealed containers, luggage or locked compartments unless specifically authorised and reasonably necessary.
KARMYNT is not responsible for an item alleged to be missing unless the item was specifically declared and formally placed into our custody before work began.
15. Service location and access
The customer must provide a lawful and reasonably safe working location with sufficient access around the vehicle.
The customer must disclose relevant restrictions, including:
- Community or building access rules
- Parking restrictions
- Permit requirements
- Height restrictions
- Security procedures
- Restricted working hours
- Unsafe traffic conditions
Where mains electricity is requested, the customer confirms that the outlet is safe, accessible and suitable for ordinary equipment use.
Where external power is unavailable, KARMYNT may use rechargeable power equipment installed in the service vehicle.
We may delay, relocate or cancel a service where the location is unsafe, inaccessible or prohibited.
16. Vehicle movement and keys
Where keys are provided, the customer authorises KARMYNT to access and, where reasonably required, reposition the vehicle within the immediate service area.
We will not drive the vehicle on public roads except with the customer’s express authorisation.
The customer should report any key, locking, battery or security-system issue before service begins.
17. Inspection photographs and service records
KARMYNT may take photographs or videos before, during and after the service for:
- Condition documentation
- Quality control
- Technician training
- Dispute resolution
- Internal operational records
These operational images will not be used publicly for advertising or social media where the vehicle, registration number, property or customer can be identified unless separate marketing consent has been obtained.
18. Bookings and estimated duration
Appointment durations are estimates rather than guaranteed completion times.
Actual duration may change due to:
- Vehicle size
- Interior condition
- Access limitations
- Weather
- Additional baby or pet items
- Heavy contamination
- Safety concerns
- Customer-requested changes
We may recommend a different package where the booked service does not reasonably match the condition or scope presented.
No additional charge will be applied without customer approval.
19. Pricing and payment
The applicable price is the price confirmed at booking, subject to any agreed changes in scope.
Payment may be collected through approved payment links, card terminals, bank transfer or other communicated methods.
Third-party payment providers process card transactions under their own terms and privacy practices. KARMYNT does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Any refund approved by KARMYNT will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
20. Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers should provide at least [24 HOURS] notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
KARMYNT may charge or retain a reasonable booking amount where:
- The technician has already travelled
- Access is denied on arrival
- The customer is unavailable
- The vehicle is not present
- The location is unsuitable and this was not disclosed
- Cancellation occurs within the stated notice period
Any cancellation charge must have been disclosed to the customer during booking.
KARMYNT may reschedule due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, technician illness, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, the customer may accept a replacement appointment or request the return of any amount paid for the unperformed service.
21. Customer concerns and claims
The customer should inspect the service outcome at handover wherever reasonably possible.
Any concern should be reported promptly, preferably within 24 hours, with photographs and an explanation of the issue. This notification period helps us investigate but does not remove any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.
KARMYNT must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, correct an issue before the customer commissions third-party work or incurs additional cost.
22. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- KARMYNT is responsible only for direct loss proven to have resulted from our failure to exercise reasonable care.
- KARMYNT is not responsible for indirect, consequential, speculative or purely economic loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
- We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed defects, customer instructions, misuse after service or failure to follow drying, installation or safety guidance.
- Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
23. Website information
Website content is provided for general information about KARMYNT and its services.
We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.
Website images are illustrative. Results shown in photographs or case studies may not be representative of every vehicle.
Service descriptions, availability, pricing and operating areas may change. A booking is only confirmed when KARMYNT sends an express confirmation.
24. Third-party services and links
Our website may connect to third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment processors, maps, scheduling tools, social-media platforms or review websites.
KARMYNT does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or independent privacy practices.
Customers should review the relevant third-party terms before using those services.
25. Intellectual property
The KARMYNT name, branding, website copy, photographs, service materials, process descriptions, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to KARMYNT.
They may not be reproduced, copied, republished, commercially exploited or used to imitate KARMYNT’s service presentation without prior written permission.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes.
The version applicable to a booking will ordinarily be the version available when the booking was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or is expressly accepted by the customer.
27. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-dispute procedure, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the relevant service.
