14. Cookies

The KARMYNT website may use cookies or similar technologies.

Essential cookies

These support core website functions, security, navigation and form operation.

Analytics cookies

Where enabled, these help us understand website traffic, page performance and how visitors interact with the website.

Marketing cookies

Where enabled and consented to, these may support advertising measurement, audience creation or campaign performance.

You may control cookies through the website consent tool, where available, or through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

Only list analytics or advertising tools in this Policy if they are actually active on the website. A cookie-consent banner should be configured before enabling non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

Opting out of marketing will not prevent operational messages needed to manage an active booking or service.

16. Children’s data

Our website and booking services are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly request personal data directly from children.

Where we become aware that personal data has been submitted directly by a child without appropriate authority, we may delete it.

  • Ask what personal data we process
  • Request access to your personal data

  • Object to certain processing
  • Request transfer of eligible data in a machine-readable format
  • Ask about recipients inside or outside the UAE
  • Raise a complaint with the relevant authority

The UAE law provides rights relating to information, portability and restriction of processing, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

To exercise a right, contact [email protected].

We may request reasonable information to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal data.
